As a Business User customer, you can have your mail collected from your business premises or you can post it at a Northern Mail Post Point.

You can also make significant postage savings as a result of using Northern Mail’s bulk mail handling & processing networks.

Lots of customers have already switched to our Business User mail option where they can choose to have their mail collected on REGULAR DAILY or AD-HOC basis from their workplace or premises for a small charge.  There's no need to frank the mail, apply stamps or anything else, they just make sure that their mail qualifies for our low prices by ensuring its addressed correctly and with a full postcode.  

We also supply a simple postal docket for completion and sacks, then all you have to do is book a collection and one of our collection team will call to collect your mail on the SAME DAY.  If you're a Regular Business User, we'll collect your mail around the same time each day and you don't even have to book! 

Our customers' feedback has told us that it takes all of the hassle away from posting letters daily.  There's no need to pay a fortune to re-credit a franking machine, or make that daily trudge to the Post Office, just put your mail in the sacks we provide and we'll do the rest.  Its all about being able to provide our customers with a service they will benefit from whilst still being able to reduce postage costs at the same time.
