Using the latest secure technology, we can provide you with an easy-to-use tool for your pc that means you can create your letter and send it to us electronically where we do the rest from immediate printing and enveloping to posting the same day using Northern Mail.

e2-post is quick, hassle-free and easy to use. There are loads of options as well. For larger clients, we even store and print directly onto your own letterhead or print stock, and its also ideal for multi-branch operations where all your mailing requirements can be centralised and monitored so you can keep track of your mail.

What is e2-post?

e2-post is quite simply the sending of your documents generated in a desktop environment (using MS Word or equivalent tools) to a centralised print room for print and distribution (usually mailing).

End users no longer print their documents on desktop or departmental printers, rather, they are routed to our e2-post print room and printed, fulfilled  and then mailed when you want them to be.

There is no physical collection of documents as these are transmitted to our main building via electronic means (typically the internet, though alternative communications methods are possible such as Secure FTP (File Transfer Protocol), or other dedicated communications links.

e2-post for your business use in 4 EASY Steps...

Using our e2-post sevice couldn't be simpler. 

1. EVALUATE

Contact our sales team and we will help you evaluate your requirements.  This includes a short analysis of your existing operation to determine which types of your mail are suited to processing using e2-post.  We'll then make our proposal/and or recommendations as a result of this analysis.

2. AGREE

We'll then agree the most suitable end user approach with you.

3. SET-UP

Northern Mail will then deploy the chosen solution with you either by deploying the e2-post print driver or by providing access to a web portal where the file transfer mechanisms can be accessed.  After that, we'll perform test operations at our main building.  If like some of our other e2-post users, your solution will  include printing onto specific paper types, managing inserts or attachments, address cleansing etc. we'll do all that as well so you can be confident that e2-post matches your requirements exactly.

4. TRAINING

Full training will be provided normally using a "train the trainer" approach.  Don't worry though, training typically takes no longer than 2 hours for end users and that's for the most complex deployment!
